A BIT ABOUT US

Welcome to Bayside Wood Products, Inc.!  My name is Ted Greenfield and my wife and partner is Benna. I was "retired" from a 33-year career at the Bristol-Myers Squibb pharmaceutical company in Syracuse, NY at the end of 2010 due to downsizing. I then returned to college in the Fall of 2011 and graduated with honors and an Associates Degree from the Wood Science Technology program at State University of New York at Morrisville in the spring of 2013.

"Bayside" was started in August of 2012, and our production shop opened in May of 2013. In that time, I've created and placed many hardwood products in Central New York and we've established Bayside's reputation for Quality and Value. 

We humbly thank all those who've helped us to start and grow "Bayside", and in no small part realize the role our friends, and our faith have played in this process.  

When I'm not in the shop or we're not at a show, we can be found spending time with our family and friends, and/or on our boat. When I get the chance, I also enjoy spending time hunting, fishing, or golfing.

And while the growth and future of "Bayside" is not decided yet, we will always feature quality hardwood edge, and end grain cutting surfaces, and always welcome custom orders.
